Bellingham has given his version of the Cucurella clash, reportedly, and not one word of it is on record
No date, no setting, no quotes and no response from Marc Cucurella: all that has emerged is that the Real Madrid midfielder offered an explanation of the incident.

That is the story, and it is also, as things stand, all of the story. What has not emerged is anything resembling detail. There is no date for the incident and no description of where or how it happened. There is no indication of what Bellingham actually said, in any form that could be put in front of a reader. There is nothing at all from Cucurella.
This is a familiar shape in Spanish football coverage. A player addresses something, the fact that he addressed it travels faster than the substance of it, and the substance arrives later or not at all. The explanation exists; the explaining does not, yet.
Worth holding on to: none of the above is a denial, a confirmation or an escalation. One outlet carries the claim that Bellingham spoke to it. Everything beyond that is open, including the basic question of what the two players were arguing about and when.
The practical consequence for Real Madrid is close to zero. A midfielder commenting on a scuffle is not a selection issue, not a disciplinary matter on the available facts, and not something that follows the squad into October. It is the kind of item that either grows a second paragraph in the next few days or disappears entirely.
